Annual Special Pay Incentives
- Specialized units = $1500 per year
- Higher education pays for EMTs and AEMTs only
- Associate degree = 2.5% of hourly
- Bachelor’s degree = 5% of hourly
- Referral pay: $1000 upon hire and $1000 after one year with NOEMS
